You are free to cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund up until the point that your order is processed into the system. This is because our products are personalised for you, which means that once they've been processed ready to print, we can no longer give a refund.

Rejected orders. We review every item that is ordered before it is accepted. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason. If your order is cancelled at this review stage, you will receive a full refund.

Damages and issues. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
